Thank you

Thank you for all the donations and help for the Sustainable Living Festival and Colony 47 Garden.  We gave away 1000’s plants and met lots of lovely people. Many community and school gardens have received seeds, seedlings, plants and planter beds. A special thanks to the maker of the wonderful wooden cart and wheel barrow made from palates  that went to Westbury community garden and Colony 47garden. Everything on our stall was donated by members of the community to help grow stronger communities through growing , collecting and sharing fruit and vegetables.

We also made a wonderful extension to the Colony vegi patch. There were three new beds constructed, a no dig herb and strawberry garden, Tomato patch and beans! There is now a growing compost area and we hope to add a compost heap. We will have another garden workshop in the new year and all are welcome.
